Nurse Manager – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) RN
**Location:** Houston, TX
**Shift Options:** 3p-11p or 11p-7a (weekends w/rotation/on-call)
**Pay Range:** **Pay:** Min $45.79 - Mid $52.85 - Max $60.09 (heavily based on years of experience)
Sign on Bonus: + $20K (Nights/Evenings)

What You’ll Do:
+ Partner closely with the Director to coordinate all department activities
+ Ensure exceptional patient care and continuous quality improvement
+ Foster staff development and clinical performance
+ Collaborate on department planning and vision
+ Support and evaluate nursing practices based on the latest standards
What We’re Looking For:
+ 2+ years of recent NICU leadership (Manager or Charge Nurse) experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN)
+ Current Texas RN License or Multi-State Compact License (willing to convert to Texas within 60 days if needed)
+ BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
+ Passion for high-acuity neonatal care and team leadership

**Pay Details:** $45.79 to $60.09 per hour
