    Responsibilities for an Administrative Coordinator II include but are not limited to:

    Travel Coordination:

    Assist with booking both domestic and international travel for team members.

     

    Provide support and guidance for those unfamiliar with travel booking processes.

    Calendar Management:

    Serve as a backup for calendaring support for partner-level staff when primary admins are unavailable.

     

    Help manage schedules and ensure timely coordination of meetings.

    Event Planning & Coordination:

    Organize and coordinate team events such as morale activities, large meetings, and entertainment bookings.

     

    Collaborate with others for event logistics, including ordering food and arranging entertainment.

    Administrative Support:

    Provide general group support based on team needs.

     

    Assist with day-to-day office tasks and coordination.

    Excel & Reporting:

    Utilize basic Excel skills for data entry and simple reporting (no advanced functions required).

    Candidates for Administrative Coordinator II must meet the following requirements to be considered:

    • Prior experience at Microsoft is required.

    • Minimum 2+ years of proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in event management and coordination.

    • Minimum 2+ years of experience in customer service and/or inventory management.

    **Pay Details:** $34.79 per hour
