Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee production management within our plastic injection division. You will be responsible for managing over 50 employees and multiple production lines, ultimately leading the entire production team with direct reports from other production supervisors.

Responsibilities

+ Oversee and manage production lines within the plastic injection division.

+ Supervise and lead a team of over 50 employees.

+ Provide direct oversight to production supervisors.

+ Implement continuous and process improvement initiatives.

+ Ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness in production management.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience in production management.

+ Strong supervisory skills with experience managing 50+ employees.

+ Ability to drive continuous improvement and process optimization.

+ Experience in the automotive and plastics industry.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Background in automotive service operations.

Work Environment

This position requires managing a team on the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM in the plastic injection area. You will be part of a fast-paced automotive and plastics environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Wyoming, MI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
