    Maintenance Technician II – Council Bluffs, IA

     

    We’re hiring Maintenance Technicians to keep our production equipment running strong. Solid pay, shift differentials, and steady work.

    Pay & Benefits

    + **$28–$33/hr** based on experience

    + $1.50/hr differential for 2nd shift

    + $1.75/hr differential for 3rd shift

    + Attendance incentives, bonuses, and pay raises

    Shifts

    + 2nd shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday

    + 3rd shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday

    + Rotating shift: 6:45 PM – 6:45 AM

    Job Duties

    + Perform routine maintenance and repair on machinery and equipment

    + Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues

    + Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure reliability

    + Read and interpret schematics and blueprints

    + Use tools such as voltmeters and work with gear reducers, motors, cylinders, valves, and actuators

    + Collaborate with team members to improve efficiency

    Requirements

    + 2+ years industrial maintenance experience

    + 2+ years hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience

    + 2+ years electrical experience (480v)

    Work Environment

    + Manufacturing and production setting

    + Exposure to heights, moving machinery, temperature changes, dust, odors, and fumes

    + Loud environment requiring safe work practices

    The pay range for this position is $58323.00 - $64792.00/yr.
