Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our first shift team. This role focuses on inventory management, accurate documentation, and clear communication with leadership to ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

+ Service and/or deliver product to maintain customers.

+ Scan and download product the same day and service according to customer needs.

+ Make changes to schematics to ensure the bin management system is properly maintained.

+ Write up credits promptly and accurately.

+ Document and problem solve customer issues to maintain customer satisfaction.

+ Keep appropriate team members informed on any/all customer issues.

+ Complete CMSP notes within the same business week.

+ Assist and maintain set up of bin management systems as needed.

+ Perform daily inventory counts, cycle audits, and reconcile discrepancies.

+ Maintain accurate records and notes on stock movement, damages, and adjustments.

+ Communicate inventory status and issues to management and team leads.

+ Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

+ Pick, pack, and prepare orders for outbound delivery.

+ Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, barcode scanners) safely.

+ Assist with general warehouse upkeep and organization.

+ All other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills

+ Product knowledge is a plus.

+ Customer service skills.

+ Verbal and written communication skills.

+ Ability to follow through on project completion.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ 1+ years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred.

+ Familiarity with inventory systems or WMS a plus.

+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift.

+ Dependable, organized, and team-oriented.

Work Environment

This position operates in a customer manufacturing environment, utilizing equipment such as scanners, forklifts, utility knives, ladders, machinery, and tape guns. Employees may encounter bright lighting, blue light from computer screens, repetitive low to mid-volume sounds from forklifts and packaging machines, varying temperatures, and exposure to various metals.

This is a Contract position based out of Kennesaw, GA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $15.00/hr.
