    Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description

     

    The Foreman will advocate safety as the number one priority on the job site, ensuring compliance with the company's safety plan, policies, and all relevant regulations. The role involves assisting in change orders, managing materials, supervising construction operations, monitoring schedules, and supporting hiring needs. The Foreman will also focus on quality control, coordinate with other trades, and assist the Project Manager in preparing construction schedules.

    Responsibilities

    + Advocate and enforce compliance with safety plans and regulations.

    + Assist in managing change orders and events.

    + Manage materials and submit purchase orders.

    + Supervise operations on construction sites.

    + Monitor the short-term schedule and maintain daily reports.

    + Support hiring needs and coordinate with other trades.

    + Plan, organize, and direct production as per the contracted scope.

    + Oversee quality assurance and quality control programs.

    + Ensure installations meet quality and electrical code standards.

    + Communicate priority project issues to the Project Manager.

    + Ensure correct installations per NEC, city codes, and engineering drawings.

    + Wear personal protective equipment and maintain safety standards.

    + Complete the electrical scope to owner satisfaction.

    + Maintain strong relationships with team, subcontractors, and ownership.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in construction and electrical work.

    + Proficiency in conduit, wiring, and blueprint reading.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Possession of TDLR Journeyman Electrician License.

    Work Environment

    The work environment is primarily on construction sites, requiring adherence to safety protocols including wearing personal protective equipment such as hard hats and safety glasses. The position involves working closely with various trades and contractors to ensure project success.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dallas, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $48.00/hr.

    Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

    classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
