    Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description

     

    Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker in the Bottling Department, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of production on our line. We offer steady and consistent work for entry-level candidates eager to build their skills and experience.

    Responsibilities

    + Work on the production line in the Bottling Department, ensuring the efficient flow of operations.

    + Rotate through three main positions: Top Position, Middle Position, and Packer, throughout the shift.

    + Operate machinery such as the Unscrambler, Orientor, Filler, Capper, Coder, Heat Tunnel, Labeler, and Cartoner.

    + Perform visual inspections and documentation as required, ensuring bottles are properly filled, capped, labeled, and packaged.

    + Contribute to a team environment, maintaining a focus on quality and attention to detail.

    Essential Skills

    + Attention to detail and ability to read and write English for documentation purposes.

    + Ability to stand for the entire shift and work efficiently within a team environment.

    + Experience in production, general labor, packing, inspection, and working on a production line.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + No GED or diploma required, making this an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates.

    Work Environment

    Our work environment is clean and partially climate-controlled, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards. Employees are required to follow stringent policies and procedures enforced by the FDA. The dress code includes jeans and a t-shirt, with no buttons or hoodies, and jewelry is not allowed on the floor due to GMP requirements.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr.
