Job Title: T1 Infra - Operations Technician, D Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Technician with experience operating equipment in the field. This role involves performing maintenance and preventative tasks, prioritizing activities such as turn offs, shutdowns, LOTO, commissioning, and inspections. The ideal candidate is quality-driven and adept at handling maintenance work, including the inspection and repair of equipment like pumps, filters, compressed air systems, HVAC units, and more.

Responsibilities

+ Conduct and prioritize maintenance tasks, including turn offs, shutdowns, LOTO, commissioning, and inspections.

+ Perform inspection and repair work on equipment such as pumps, filters, compressed air systems, and HVAC units.

+ Climb stairs, work on roofs, and conduct outdoor repairs as needed.

+ Handle commissioning and inspection tasks effectively.

+ Maintain high-level communication using a two-way radio and occasionally a cell phone.

+ Work safely at heights and understand Fall Protection procedures, including the use of lanyards, harnesses, and tie-off methods.

+ Demonstrate a strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in operating equipment in the field.

+ Strong communication skills and ability to work with a two-way radio.

+ Knowledge of maintenance and repair of industrial equipment.

+ Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and Fall Protection.

+ Ability to perform elevated work and work in confined spaces.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in operating from a remote control room is a plus.

+ Background in semi-conductors is a plus.

+ Skills in electrical, construction, troubleshooting, industrial repair, installation, and supervisory roles.

Work Environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $29.00/hr.
