    Job Description

    Join our dynamic team as a skilled and safety-conscious Forklift Operator in Utah. This role is crucial to our warehouse operations, with responsibilities encompassing receiving, shipping, and more. We seek candidates with extensive forklift experience and a strong work ethic to thrive in our fast-paced logistics environment.

    Responsibilities

    + Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.

    + Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments.

    + Move materials between receiving, storage, production, and shipping areas.

    + Perform inventory checks and maintain accurate records.

    + Assist with packaging, labeling, and staging of goods.

    + Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

    + Collaborate with warehouse and production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

    Essential Skills

    + Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one.

    + Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

    + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.

    + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.

    + Flexibility to work swing shift hours.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience with stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks.

    + Familiarity with SAP inventory management systems.

    + Proficiency in using RF scanners and hand/power tools.

    + Mechanical aptitude and ability to read fine print.

    + Strong teamwork, reliability, and willingness to be coached.

    Work Environment

     

    The Tooele site is a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing environment with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance. Safety standards include OSHA-compliant training, PPE, and site-specific safety orientation. This role is fully on-site with strict attendance and timekeeping protocols. Employees must wear composite-toed shoes to start work.

    This is a Contract position based out of Grantsville, UT.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.75/hr.
