Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team. The role involves operating printing press machines, requiring strong problem-solving skills and the ability to use a computer to adjust settings and ensure the machine runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
+ Operate printing press machines efficiently and safely.
+ Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues quickly.
+ Use computer interfaces to adjust machine settings as needed.
+ Ensure consistent production quality by monitoring machine performance.
Essential Skills
+ Experience with machine operation
+ Familiarity with press brake operations
+ Experience in printing machine or paper manufacturing
+ Mechanical aptitude and experience with press machines
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in farm labor, assembly, construction, or hand tool usage
+ Experience in production or print press operation

Work Environment
This position operates on the D Shift, which is Wednesday to Friday from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Initial training will occur on A Shift for 90 days, which runs Monday to Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Employees receive a $1 raise after training completion.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
