    Job Description

    Join our team as a Refrigeration Service Technician, where you will repair and maintain Rack Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets. Utilize your commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills, along with hand tools, digital tools, and power tools, to complete jobs efficiently. You will be responsible for using the work order management system to receive repair orders, support store associates, and document repair activities. This role involves inspecting, operating, or testing facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.

    Responsibilities

    + Repair and maintain Rack Refrigeration HVAC equipment and assets.

    + Utilize hand tools, digital tools, and power tools to complete jobs.

    + Use the work order management system to receive and document repair work orders.

    + Inspect, operate, or test facilities, equipment, or fixtures to diagnose issues.

    + Lift up to 75 pounds and work comfortably at heights, frequently moving up and down ladders.

    Essential Skills

    + Refrigeration and HVAC knowledge.

    + Diagnostic testing and troubleshooting skills.

    + Experience with installation and refrigerant handling.

    + 10 years of experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.

    + Proficient in electrical and field service work.

    + Industrial refrigeration expertise.

    + Refrigeration license.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Large Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience.

    + Type I/Type II or Universal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Certification for Refrigerant handling.

    + Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.

    + Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report.

     

    Work Environment

     

    Work in a dynamic environment where a work vehicle and tools are provided. You will frequently work at heights, be comfortable moving up and down ladders, and perform physical activities including lifting up to 75 pounds. The environment supports the use of various tools and equipment to diagnose and repair refrigeration systems.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Permanent position based out of Cleveland, MS.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $104000.00/yr.

    **MIP (bonus) is based on manager performance review and is 5% of their annual salary
