    Description

    Direct and oversee all warehouse and QC operations across North American sites (CA, IL, and

    Canada).

    • Manage relationships and performance with 3PL partners to ensure service levels, cost

    efficiency, and on-time delivery.

    • Develop and implement best practices for warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and order

    fulfillment.

    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve

    accuracy and speed.

    • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics to optimize freight costs, delivery times, and carrier

    performance.

    • Partner cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Merchandising teams to

    ensure seamless flow of goods and information.

    • Establish and track KPIs related to fulfillment, shipping accuracy, and delivery performance.

    • Evaluate and integrate technology solutions (WMS, TMS, automation tools) to increase

    operational visibility and efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards across all warehouse

    operations.

    • Manage and develop warehouse leadership teams, fostering a culture of accountability and

    continuous improvement.

    • Develop and manage operational budgets and workforce planning to support current and future

    business needs

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    Bachelor's degree preferred and 10+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain

    management, including multi-site leadership or any similar combination of education and

    experience

    • Experience in consumer goods, preferably Ecommerce

    • Proven experience developing, implementing, and improving complex processes within an

    organization.

    • Experience managing key metrics with demonstrated ability to share insight from data with key

    stakeholders.

    • Proven experience managing 3PL partnerships and large-scale distribution operations.

    • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

    • Experience implementing process improvements and operational systems (e.g., WMS/TMS).

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Proven experience building and managing a high performing management team.

    • Great communication, time management, and organizational skills

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
