Job Title: CNC Machinist Trainee** **Job Description

Join a dynamic company in Mishawaka that specializes in producing hydraulic manifolds for several industries. We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our CNC training program, which spans approximately six months. Upon completion, you will become a CNC machinist, capable of operating 1 to 3 machines. During training, you will receive hands-on experience under the guidance of a machinist and machining supervisor.

Responsibilities

+ Participate in a six-month CNC training program.

+ Operate 1 to 3 CNC machines upon completion of training.

+ Receive hands-on training from experienced machinists and supervisors.

+ Ensure quality and precision in the production of hydraulic manifolds.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in machine operation or possession of NIMS certifications.

+ A strong desire to pursue a career in CNC machining.

+ Demonstrated good job tenure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Machining experience is a plus.

+ Experience with setup processes.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Work Environment

Work in a very clean, climate-controlled environment. Safety is a priority; steel-toed or composite-toed shoes are required. The shifts are structured into three options: 1st shift from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., 2nd shift from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m., and 3rd shift from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mishawaka, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.50/hr.
