    Job Title: Maintenance Technician

    Job Description

    As a Facilities Mechanic-Industrial Controls Technician, you will leverage your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems to troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems. Your role involves identifying and addressing issues with control systems efficiently, as well as performing routine maintenance using your ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics. Your experience with PLC programming, HVAC systems, building automation systems, and CMMS software will be highly valuable.

    Responsibilities

    + Troubleshoot and repair industrial control systems.

    + Identify and address issues with control systems promptly.

    + Perform routine maintenance on industrial control systems.

    + Read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

    + Utilize PLC programming and troubleshooting skills.

    + Work with HVAC systems, building automation systems, and CMMS software.

    Essential Skills

    + 3+ years of experience in industrial controls maintenance and repair.

    + 2+ years of experience with PLC programming and troubleshooting.

    + Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.

    + Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

    + Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Knowledge in 5S and Microsoft Office Tools.

    + Familiarity with mathematical computations and the metric system.

    + Experience with FANUC & Mitsubishi Controllers is a plus.

    + Working knowledge of site services such as compressed air, vacuum, and chilled water.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $58000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
