    Job Title: Journeyman Electrician** **Job Description

     

    Join our team as a Journeyman Electrician at our Red Oak, TX location, where you will play a crucial role in the industrial and commercial sectors. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a first-of-its-kind project, focusing on installations, integration, and start-up works of prefab modular data centers.

    Responsibilities

    + Install, repair, and maintain electrical parts of industrial equipment.

    + Work individually or as part of a team to successfully complete projects.

    + Follow safety procedures and adhere to electrical codes.

    + Interpret technical documents correctly for proper execution of assignments.

    + Conduct quality assurance measures and inspections.

    + Ensure all administrative processes, including torque sheets, 5S methodology, and tool inventory/tracking, are followed.

    + Promote a 'Safety first' culture by implementing all safety policies and procedures and conducting necessary safety audits.

    Essential Skills

    + Experience in industrial or commercial electrical work.

    + Knowledgeable in pertinent electrical codes and regulations.

    + Ability to understand schematics and other technical documents.

    + Ability to bend conduit and install large cables.

    + Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and work on ladders.

    + Stand, walk, kneel, bend, and sit for extended periods.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent (GED).

    + Associate degree/trade school certification in a related field.

    + Certificate of completion in an apprenticeship program or journeyman experience.

    + OSHA10 and/or OSHA30 certification.

    Work Environment

    The work is conducted in a climate-controlled, manufacturing environment. Safety is a priority, and adherence to safety protocols is mandatory. There is potential for overtime depending on business volume.

    This is a Contract position based out of Red Oak, TX.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $38.00/hr.
