    Job Title: Machine Operator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Machine Operator who will be responsible for setting up machines, conducting tooling and equipment changeovers, performing basic troubleshooting, and operating machinery efficiently.

    Responsibilities

    + Set up machines according to specifications.

    + Conduct tooling and equipment changeovers.

    + Perform basic troubleshooting of machinery.

    + Operate machines efficiently and safely.

    + Ensure production goals are met through proficient machine operation.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in machine operation and operating tools.

    + Experience with tooling changes and machine changeovers.

    + Ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

    + At least 1 year of experience in machine operation, automotive, or machinery repair/building.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Mechanically inclined with strong attention to detail.

    + Familiarity with production and general labor tasks.

    Work Environment

     

    Work in an air-conditioned facility with a dedicated air filtration system, alongside a team of 8 in the department. The facility houses 19 machines, ensuring a well-equipped and safe work environment.     This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pinellas Park, FL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
