    Job Title: Construction Project Manager

    Job Description

    + We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a significant office renovation project in Buffalo, NY.

    + This role requires leading and managing all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and coordinating with various stakeholders.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead and manage all phases of the office renovation project, from planning through closeout.

    + Bid on projects and manage the entire project scope effectively.

    + Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

    + Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

    + Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and company policies.

    + Oversee the procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and change orders.

    + Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

    + Provide leadership to project teams and foster strong communication among all parties.

    Essential Skills

    + Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).

    + 7–10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

    + Proven track record managing projects valued between $20M–$40M.

    + Strong knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and project delivery methods.

    + Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

    + Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Primavera).

    + Ability to work on-site in Buffalo, NY.

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Buffalo, NY.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $62.50/hr.
