    Position Summary

    The Manager of Workforce Initiatives, Data Science leads the strategic development and execution of data-driven solutions that support CVS Health's Workforce Initiatives. This role transforms operational data into actionable insights, enhances system integrations, and ensures the long-term sustainability of the Workforce Initiatives Database. This position includes leadership of cross-functional data projects, governance of reporting frameworks, and innovation in workforce analytics. The manager aligns data strategy with organizational goals, improves partner performance evaluation, and supports workforce development through advanced analytics and automation. Additionally, will lead enhancements and efficiencies using data and technology to reduce manual data entry and administrative work.

    Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    **Lead enterprise data enhancements** across systems such as Sophia, Workday, ATS, and LearningHub to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and efficiencies.

    **Design and manage reporting frameworks** using Power BI and Tableau to support strategic workforce planning and performance evaluation.

    **Oversee automation and data quality initiatives** , including SQL repository management and exception reporting, to streamline operations and improve reliability.

    **Develop and maintain the Workforce Initiatives Data Vault** for longitudinal analysis and predictive modeling to inform decision-making.

    **Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners** to align data strategy with business goals and provide proactive support to end-users.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $54,300.00 - $119,340.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
