At Robert Half, we partner with innovative organizations seeking talented professionals to drive business decisions through data. We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst – Technology to join our client’s dynamic team on a contract basis.

Role Summary:

The Data Analyst – Technology translates complex data into valuable insights, supporting critical decision-making across the business. You will work with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and visualize data, ensuring our client maintains a competitive edge in today’s technology-driven marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets using advanced analytical techniques.

+ Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.

+ Work with stakeholders to identify reporting requirements and key metrics.

+ Present findings and actionable recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

+ Collaborate with IT and business units to enhance data quality and implement process improvements.

+ Ensure the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive business data.

Requirements

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics, or related field.

+ 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role (ideally within technology environments).

+ Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and at least one visualization tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).

+ Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills.

+ Experience with Python or R is a plus.
