Description We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Quincy, Massachusetts. In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define system and business requirements, analyze processes, and recommend improvements that drive efficiency. You will play a pivotal role in project planning, documentation, and quality assurance while staying informed about industry standards and technological advancements.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to gather and define business and system requirements.

• Develop use cases and conduct thorough research to identify and resolve issues.

• Analyze current workflows and recommend innovative solutions to enhance processes.

• Prepare and maintain detailed project plans while managing issue logs and documentation.

• Collaborate on testing phases during the development cycle to ensure quality and functionality.

• Conduct benchmarking research to align practices with industry standards.

• Provide subject matter expertise and technical insights to support client needs.

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of business application programs based on specifications.

• Stay updated on technological trends and competitive developments to inform strategies.

• Document findings and plans in a clear and organized manner to support project goals. Requirements • Proven experience in business analysis, with 3 to 6 years in the field.

• Strong ability to document processes, plans, and system requirements effectively.

• Skilled in conducting research and analysis to support decision-making.

• Proficiency in project planning and management, including maintaining logs and issue tracking.

• Familiarity with use case development and business application programming.

• Experience with quality assurance and testing phases within the development cycle.

• Knowledge of industry practices, standards, and benchmarking methodologies.
