    Description

    Our client has an immediate need for multiple AP Specialists to support their high-volume transaction environment during a major acquisition. This role is ideal for junior–mid-level AP professionals who thrive in detailed, repetitive work and can maintain accuracy under fast-paced conditions. The company offers flexible scheduling and half-day Fridays when workloads allow. Apply for immediate consideration.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Code and reconcile thousands of transactions weekly with a high degree of accuracy.

    + Upload receipts into Ramp and ensure all spend activity is categorized correctly.

    + Track down missing receipts and coding from field personnel; build rapport and maintain communication.

    + Perform heavy, repetitive transaction-level coding with strict attention to detail.

    + Support AP Manager and AP Lead with daily progress updates

    + Assist with project costing and G& A coding as responsibilities expand.

    + Maintain accurate records within NetSuite and Ramp.

    + Contribute to timely month-end close processes; assist with increased workloads during catch-up periods.

    Requirements

    Requirements

    + 1+ year of accounts payable or high-volume transactional processing experience.

    + Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in repetitive duties.

    + Comfortable reconciling and coding large volumes of spend activity.

    + Ability to work remotely with accountability check-ins and structured expectations.

    + Basic Excel proficiency.

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Experience with NetSuite, Ramp, Bill.com, Concur, or similar spend-management tools.

    + Construction industry background or previous project coding experience.

    + Strong communication skills when working with field-based teams.
