About the role: We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Estate Planning Attorney with at least 3 years of estate planning experience to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping individuals and families plan for the future, enjoys working in a collaborative team environment, and is eager to grow with a firm that values both professional excellence and work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

+ Manage and support the estate planning practice, including workflow improvements and client service delivery

+ Partner with marketing to grow the practice, develop leads, and build referral relationships

+ Conduct client consultations and recommend tailored estate planning solutions

+ Oversee the full client lifecycle from intake to signing

+ Draft and review wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related documents

+ (Optional) Help develop the probate and estate administration practice

Requirements

Qualifications

+ J.D. and active NJ bar admission (NY/PA a plus)

+ 3+ years of estate planning and/or probate experience

+ Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills

+ Client-focused, detail-oriented, and highly organized

+ Team-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
