    Key Responsibilities:

    + Perform general accounting functions, including preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheets, and reconciling accounts

    + Manage month-end and year-end close processes

    + Assist in preparing financial statements in accordance with GAAP

    + Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations

    + Analyze financial data to identify trends, prepare reports, and recommend improvements

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and process improvements

    + Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations

    + Assist with other special projects or duties as assigned by leadership

    Requirements

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required

    + 2+ years of accounting experience; public accounting or multiple industry experience a plus

    + Strong understanding of GAAP and standard accounting principles

    + Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Proficient in Microsoft Excel and common accounting/ERP systems

    + Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple priorities

    + Professional communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced, changing environments
