    Senior Accountant – Hybrid Role

     

    About the Opportunity

     

    We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join a dynamic finance team in a hybrid role based in Dublin, CA. This position offers the chance to work on complex accounting tasks, lead process improvements, and contribute to strategic initiatives—all while enjoying a collaborative and supportive work environment.     What You’ll Do

     

    + Own operational accounting processes and ensure accurate GL reconciliations

    + Perform month-end close activities, variance analysis, and resolve discrepancies

    + Prepare financial reports, technical accounting memos, and audit documentation

    + Lead process improvements and automation initiatives (e.g., BlackLine)

    + Partner with cross-functional teams to provide accounting expertise

    + Review and approve reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls

    + Support regulatory requirements and internal/external audits

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)

    + 7+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or internal controls

    + Strong GAAP knowledge and hands-on experience with complex reconciliations

    + Advanced Excel skills; experience with reconciliation tools preferred

    + Familiarity with Jira or Snowflake for process automation is a plus

    + Financial institution or credit union experience highly desirable
