Facility:Rehab at SpringfieldDepartment:Rehabilitation AdministrationSchedule:Full timeHours:40Job Details:This individual is responsible for supervision of therapy staff and programs at designated off site locations. They orient/mentor new staff, perform counseling/coaching and disciplinary action as needed, conduct ongoing competency assessments and documentation audits, carryout monthly leader rounding and stop light reports. They monitor staff compliance for mandatory education and other mandatory tasks throughout the year. They will assist staff in professional development and also meeting job duties including documentation and productivity. They will assure ongoing regulatory compliance and safety/infection control for the sites they are assigned. They will track attendance and time off for staff, enter EPIC blocks and assure payroll is correct and approved each payroll Monday. They will assure good communication with their staff through email and meetings, relaying hospital and department specific information. They will also assist with patient complaints or employee conflicts and work to resolve issues and document that resolution as appropriate. They demonstrate competency for their clinical skills and meet all of the job standards for their division. They will also model our values daily and serve as a role model to staff.

Education
+ Bachelor's degree required
+ Master's or DPT/DOT preferred
Certifications
+ CPR required
+ Active Ohio OT or PT License required
Experience
+ 3 years of pediatric healthcare required
+ 5 years of pediatric healthcare preferred
Education Requirements:
Bachelors (Required), Masters
Certification/License Requirements:
CPR - American Red Cross, OTA Ohio - Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers
