    About the Role

Join our team as an Ag Lender, where you’ll manage a dynamic portfolio of ag and commercial loans while building lasting relationships with clients.     What You’ll Do

    + Partner with Clients: Interview prospective ag/commercial loan customers and assess credit requests.

    + Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with mortgage officers and colleagues to generate referrals and structure credit terms.

    + Analyze & Strategize: Evaluate financial data, prepare loan committee presentations, and ensure compliance with regulations.

    + Drive Results: Monitor booked credit facilities, manage problem credits, and implement workout strategies.

    + Grow the Business: Engage in ongoing business development and maintain strong client relationships.

    What We’re Looking For

    + Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

    + Minimum 3 years of experience in credit, lending, or examination.

    + Strong understanding of loan documentation and underwriting.

    + Excellent communication skills and proficiency with technology.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong organizational skills.

    Preferred:

    + Experience as an Ag or Commercial Loan Officer or Credit Officer.

    + Proven success in business development and portfolio management.
