    Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a **Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional** to work at a facility in **Omaha, NE.** These are _registry_ positions with our company.

     

    **Pay Rate:** $57 / hour

    Shifts Available:

    + Full time day shift

    The requirements are:

    + At least one year (12 months) of experience as a **Licensed Independent Mental Health Professional**

    + A valid and current license issued by the State of NE

    + A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)

    + Proficiency in the English language is necessary for communication with other staff and patients.

    + LCSW, LPC, LMFT or similar license.

    Job Responsibilities:

    + Provide individual, family, or group counseling.

    + Assess clients' mental health needs and symptoms.

    + Develop treatment plans based on assessment results.

    + Diagnose mental health disorders (within scope of practice).

    + Offer crisis intervention and safety planning.

    + Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.

    + Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records.

    + Coordinate care with physicians, psychiatrists, or other providers.

    + Educate clients on coping skills and treatment options.

    + Refer clients to community resources and support services.
