    Telecom - Technical Product Manager

     

    Remote

    EST Working Hours 9 AM - 5 PM

    Summary: This product manager will work within a large telecommunications company. The team is seeking an individual who can take an idea through discovery, design, development, and testing. A successful product manager is someone who can collaborate with technical engineers, UX designers, and with the users. Someone who can pivot a technical conversation to working with users.

    Job Description

    + Responsible for identifying and creating product requirements and taking ownership from initial concept through delivery.

    + Will need to understand existing processes and how they will impact the end customers and create new approaches.

    + Works closely with large organizations and cross-functional teams.

    + It is important they will be able to understand customer behavior and needs then translate that into product requirements.

    + Ability to dive dep into technical considerations as needed.

    + This product is a soft tool that allows frontline users (field technicians, and their support). to diagnose what is going on in the network.

     

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

     

    + Minimum of 2+ years of experience in the Product Owner/Manager space.

    + Experience working on large teams and cross functionally.

    + Smartsheet and Jira

    + Telecom experience is preferred.

    This is a Contract position based out of Philadelphia, PA.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
