• Facets Developer

    TEKsystems (Chicago, IL)


    We are seeking an experienced Facets Developer to join our technology team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting applications within the TriZetto Facets platform, a core system used by healthcare payers for claims processing, member management, and provider services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, deep knowledge of healthcare business processes, and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.

     

    Please note that this position does require the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.

    Responsibilities:

    + Design, develop, and maintain Facets modules including claims, membership, billing, provider, and benefits.

    + Customize and configure Facets workflows, rules, and extensions to meet business requirements.

    + Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

    + Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database integrations supporting Facets.

    + Integrate Facets with external applications and services using APIs, EDI transactions, and batch processes.

    + Perform unit testing, system testing, and UAT support to ensure quality and compliance.

    + Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in Facets applications.

    + Document technical designs, configurations, and processes for ongoing support.

    + Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, healthcare standards, and company policies.

    + Participate in project planning, estimation, and delivery of enhancements and new implementations.

    Qualifications:

    + Experience working with TriZetto Facets platform.

    + Strong knowledge of healthcare payer systems (claims, enrollment, billing, provider management).

    + Proficiency in: SQL Server / Oracle databases

    + Strong development experience with C# and .NET,

    + Experience with Facets extensions, rules, and batch processing.

    + Ability to obtain a public trust clearance

    This is a Contract position based out of Chicago, IL.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
