    Job Summary

    We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Compounding Preparation Technician** to support daily production operations. In this role, you’ll be responsible for pulling, weighing, and documenting raw materials used in the manufacturing of personal care products. This position plays a key part in ensuring batches are prepared accurately, safely, and in full compliance with established procedures. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with potential long-term growth opportunities.

     

    **Location** : Onsite in Anaheim, CA

    **Hours** : M-F 8:00AM-4:30PM (OT when needed)

    **Compensation** : $20-$22/hour

    **Type** : 6-month contract-to-hire

    Key Responsibilities

    + Retrieve raw materials from designated warehouse locations according to production needs.

    + Weigh and stage materials with precision following established formulations.

    + Document all weights clearly and accurately in accordance with GMP standards.

    + Maintain an organized work area and assist with basic inventory checks as required.

    + Safely handle materials and routinely lift items of 25 lbs or more.

    + Collaborate with compounding and production teams to ensure smooth batch preparation.

    + Perform additional support tasks as assigned to meet production timelines.

    Minimum Requirements

    + Previous experience in personal care, cosmetics, or GMP-regulated production preferred.

    + Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions exactly.

    + Reliable work history with consistent tenure in previous roles.

    + Ability to lift and transport materials up to 25–50 lbs.

    + Comfortable working in a routine, process-heavy environment.

    + Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

    + Willingness to complete a virtual first-round interview with hiring leadership followed by an onsite visit if selected. _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
