    Title: R&D Lab Technician

    **Pay Rate:** $20–$25/hr

    **Shift:** M-F 8am-5pm

    Job Summary

    The Lab Technician supports daily Research & Development (R&D) laboratory operations, including stability testing, raw material handling, sample processing, documentation, supply ordering, and lab batch preparation. This role requires strong organization, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    + Maintain a clean and organized laboratory

    + Submit samples with complete and accurate documentation

    + Keep a detailed and compliant lab notebook

    + Report findings and results to R&D management

    + Prepare and execute lab batches

    + Support R&D team members and collaborate with Pre-Weigh and QA

    + Prepare written reports summarizing work and results

    + Perform additional duties as assigned

    Work Experience / Education

    + High school diploma required

    + 2+ years of Lab Technician experience

    + Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting

    + Familiarity with manufacturing ERP systems and databases

    + Strong written and verbal communication skills

    + Solid statistical and mathematical abilities

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, and ERP systems

    + Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills

    + Ability to lift/pull at least 25 lbs
