    Position Overview

    We are seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our production team. This role is essential to maintaining smooth operations by running manufacturing equipment, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering consistent product quality. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement.

     

    **Location** : Onsite in Pomona, CA

    **Hours** : 1st or 2nd shift

    **Compensation** : $23/hour

    **Type** : 6-month Contract-to-hire

    Primary Responsibilities

    + Prepare and configure manufacturing equipment for production runs, including calibration and sanitation procedures.

    + Monitor and adjust equipment parameters to maintain optimal performance throughout shifts.

    + Load materials and components into semi-automated systems as needed.

    + Perform inspections using precision measurement instruments to verify product specifications.

    + Identify and document production defects or equipment-related issues.

    + Maintain accurate records of production output, including conforming and non-conforming units.

    + Complete shift logs and required documentation according to established schedules.

    + Follow all workplace safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

    + Report any compliance concerns or safety violations to management immediately.

    Minimum Requirements

    + High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years experience in food manufacturing.

    + **Bilingual in Spanish and English required.**

    + Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment.

    + Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

    + Willingness to learn and adapt to changing production needs.

    + Reliable team player with excellent communication skills.

    + Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
