Key Responsibilities

Funding & Disbursement

+ Review lender funding instructions and closing documents for accuracy and completeness.

+ Prepare and process wire transfers and checks for disbursement of funds.

+ Balance escrow files prior to funding to ensure all funds are accounted for.

Compliance & Accuracy

+ Ensure all transactions comply with Utah state regulations, RESPA, and company policies.

+ Verify payoff statements, commissions, and other disbursements for accuracy.

+ Maintain detailed records of all funding activities for audit purposes.

Communication & Support

+ Collaborate with Escrow Officers, lenders, and internal teams to resolve funding issues promptly.

+ Provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners during the funding process.

Problem Resolution

+ Identify and resolve discrepancies in funding packages quickly and efficiently.

+ Escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

Qualifications

+ **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).

+ **Experience:**

+ Minimum 1–2 years in escrow, title, or mortgage funding preferred.

+ Familiarity with real estate closing processes and lender requirements.

+ **Skills:**

+ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

+ Proficient in escrow software and Microsoft Office Suite.

+ **Knowledge:**

+ Understanding of Utah escrow laws and regulations.

+ Basic accounting principles for balancing files.

Work Environment

+ Full-time position, Monday–Friday.

+ This person can either work out of our Ogden office or Salt Lake City office.

+ Office-based with occasional remote flexibility depending on company policy.
