    + Have a HS diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and clean driving record

    + Can provide references when requested

    What You’ll Do:

    + Lead, coach, and mentor a high-performing sales team

    + Set goals, support deal closures, and develop improvement plans

    + Build teamwork and strengthen advisor performance

    + Recommend inventory, assist with promotions and advertising

    + Maximize ROI by following up on all online leads
