What You’ll Do:

+ Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, building structures, plumbing, and electrical systems

+ Perform **preventative maintenance** and minor repairs under guidance from leadership

+ Assist with refrigeration system inspections

+ Maintain material handling equipment safely and efficiently

+ Operate power tools, welding equipment, and lifts as needed

+ Follow all safety standards, policies, and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

+ Completion of trade school courses or some experience in **building maintenance, material handling equipment maintenance, or refrigeration maintenance** (ammonia, Freon, CO2) is a plus

+ Willingness to learn and follow instructions to complete preventative maintenance tasks

+ Comfortable using **hand and power tools**

+ Basic computer skills

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to multitask and stay organized

+ Comfortable working in a range of temperatures: **-20°F/-25°C in cold storage to 100°F/37°C in dry storage** (company-provided protective gear supplied)

+ Ability to lift **50 lbs/23 kgs** or more

+ Flexible schedule, including weekends if needed

+ Some locations may require working at heights or in loud environments
