About the role

As a Sr. Functional Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM Time & Labor solutions to optimize workforce management processes and ensure seamless integration across systems. You will be a valued member of Cognizant’s Oracle HCM Practice team and work collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to deliver innovative payroll solutions aligned with organizational goals.

In this role, you will

+ Lead the design and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM-Time & Labor solutions to optimize workforce management processes.

+ Oversee the integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with existing systems to ensure seamless functionality and data flow.

+ Provide expert guidance on Oracle Cloud HCM-Time & Labor best practices to enhance efficiency and user experience.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and resolve challenges.

+ Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower users with Oracle Cloud HCM-Time & Labor functionalities.

+ Evaluate new Oracle Cloud HCM features and updates to leverage advancements for business benefits.

What you need to succeed (Required skills)

+ Strong background in Oracle Cloud HCM-Time & Labor with proven implementation experience.

+ Proficiency in system integration and data management techniques.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex business processes.

+ Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

+ Experience conducting user training and workshops for Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

Working Arrangements

We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client office in Irving, TX. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Salary and Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $138,000- 162,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
