    Amergis (Upland, CA)


    The School-Based Behavioral Technician (BT) provides direct support to students with behavioral, social-emotional, or developmental needs within the school environment. Working under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other qualified specialist, the BT implements individualized behavior intervention plans, supports academic engagement, and helps create a positive, inclusive learning environment. This role is essential in helping students build independence, communication skills, and appropriate classroom behaviors.

     

    Schedule: Full-Time M-F (school hours)

     

    Pay Range: $22-25/hr (depends on experience)

    Minimum Requirements:

    + High School diploma or equivalent required

    + MUST HAVE 6+ MONTHS OF ABA EXPERIENCE

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
