    Special Education Teacher – $46/hr – Huntsville, TX – Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking experienced Special Education Teachers to provide quality services to students in grades K–12. This role involves delivering specialized instruction in inclusion classrooms and collaborating with general education staff to support student success.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Huntsville, TX

    + Start Date: January 5, 2026

    + End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 37.5 hrs/week

    + Duration: 19 weeks

    + Pay Rate: $46/hr

    + Modality: In-person

    + Openings: 4

    Responsibilities:

    + Provide specialized instruction in inclusion settings

    + Collaborate with general education teachers and multidisciplinary teams

    + Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

    + Maintain compliance with state and district guidelines

    + Document services accurately and timely

    Requirements:

    + Valid Texas Special Education Teaching Certificate (covering grade levels)

    + Generalist or Core Certification preferred

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (preferred)

    + Minimum 1 year of teaching experience (preferred)

    + Current CPR (if applicable)

    + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

    + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age

    Additional Details:

    + Grade Levels: Elementary, Middle, High School

    + Interview: In-person with SPED Director and Principal
