Pay: $17/hour

Do you have a big heart and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for caring, dedicated individuals with an Illinois CNA License or Illinois Para License to join our team as School Aides.

This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to change lives. As a School Aide, you’ll work alongside teachers and special education staff to support amazing students who need a little extra help to shine. From lending a hand with classroom activities to assisting with personal care and mobility, you’ll be a trusted guide and cheerleader for their success.

What We’re Looking For

+ High School Diploma or equivalent.

+ Illinois CNA License OR Illinois Para License (required).

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable).

+ Ability to pass fingerprinting and drug screening.

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable).

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation).

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.

+ At least 18 years old.

+ Most importantly: a caring heart and a commitment to helping students succeed!
