    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $87/hr – Aurora, CO – Full-Time

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join an Autism Center-based program supporting middle school students. This role involves conducting evaluations, managing IEPs and re-evaluations, and collaborating with school staff to provide behavioral support.

    Assignment Details:

    + Location: Aurora, CO

    + Start Date: January 6, 2026

    + End Date: End of 2025–2026 School Year

    + Schedule: Monday–Friday

    + Hours: 37.5 hrs/week (7:30 AM – 3:30 PM)

    + Duration: 5 Months

    + Pay Rate: $87/hr (Local)

    + Caseload: Autism Center-based, supporting 3 classrooms, approx. 12 students

    Responsibilities:

    + Oversee IEPs and re-evaluations with support from school staff

    + Provide behavioral consultation and intervention strategies

    + Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure compliance and student success

    Requirements:

    + Current BCBA certification

    + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (Master’s preferred)

    + Prior experience in school or autism center setting preferred

    + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
