Educational Diagnostician – $50/hr – Huntsville, TX – Full-Time

Position Overview:

We are partnering with a school district in Huntsville, TX to hire an Educational Diagnostician for the remainder of the 2025–2026 school year. This role involves assessing and diagnosing learning problems, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting student placement and services.

Assignment Details:

+ Location: Huntsville, TX

+ Start Date: January 5, 2026

+ End Date: End of school year (20 weeks)

+ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 37.5–40 hrs/week

+ Modality: In-person preferred; hybrid schedule available

+ Pay Rate: $50/hr | W2 position with full benefits

+ Openings: 1

Responsibilities:

+ Conduct assessments and evaluations for students

+ Diagnose learning problems and recommend interventions

+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams

+ Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations

Requirements:

+ Active Texas Diagnostician certification

+ Master’s degree preferred

+ Teaching experience preferred

+ Current CPR (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable)

+ Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Must be at least 18 years of age
