    Required Education/Experience

    + Bachelor's Degree and 4 years relevant work experience or

    + Associate's Degree and 5 years relevant work experience or

    + High School Diploma/GED and 6 years relevant work experience

    Relevant Work Experience

    + Proven experience leading full lifecycle implementations, required.

    + Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, required.

    + Ability to demonstrate commitment to safety, quality and compliance, required.

    + Extensive hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, preferred.

    + Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements, preferred.

    + Proficiency with the Oracle Fusion Functional Setup Manager (FSM), preferred.

    + Experience with data loading tools like HDL and knowledge of reporting tools such as OTBI, preferred.

    + The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
