    Looking for Agile Application Architect to join us for a fulltime, role in Troy, MI

    Key Responsibilities:

    + The Agile Application Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, secure, and high-performing application architectures in an Agile environment. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining technical standards, and ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architecture principles.

    + Define application architecture for enterprise and cloud-based solutions.

    + Ensure compliance with security, scalability, and performance standards.

    + Create architecture diagrams, technical documentation, and design patterns.

    + Work closely with Scrum teams to deliver incremental solutions.

    + Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives).

    + Support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) practices.

    + Provide guidance on technology stack selection and best practices.

    + Mentor development teams on architecture principles and coding standards.

    + Drive modernization initiatives (microservices, API-first design).

    + Design APIs and integration strategies for enterprise systems.

    + Work with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for application hosting and services.

    + Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to align architecture with business needs.

    + Ensure technical feasibility and risk mitigation for new features.

    Required Skills:

    + Experience: 8–12 years in application architecture and software development.

    + Strong knowledge of Java/.NET, microservices, REST APIs.

    + Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

    + Familiarity with DevOps tools (Jenkins, Git, Docker, Kubernetes).

    + Hands-on experience in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).Understanding of iterative development and continuous delivery.

    + Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    + Certifications: TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, SAFe Agile.

    + Experience in enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
