    Job Summary

    Human Resources Assistant at Tropicana Field

    **Summary:** Assists the Human Resources Management Team in upholding Levy culture standards.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    + Check-in event day personnel according to guidelines in a positive, friendly, welcoming manner.

    + Assist team members with using the time clock.

    + Provide guidance with team members questions and concerns.

    + Answer direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.

    + Maintain confidential personnel files.

    + File paperwork.

    + Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.

    + Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, all event day personnel, and Supervisor.

    + Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.

    + Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.

    + Performs other duties as assigned.
