As a Payment Optimization Support Specialist, you'll be the key player ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant handling of medical records and documentation that supports payment processes. Your work helps patients, providers, and partners by keeping everything running smoothly and efficiently.

    What You'll Do

    + Retrieve and organize medical records from multiple systems with precision.

    + Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy before sending records.

    + Merge and prepare files for submission to HMS.

    + Release patient health information securely, following all state, federal, and company guidelines.

    + Jump in to help other teams during busy periods and work overtime when needed.

    + Protect confidentiality-because trust matters.

    + Collaborate and share ideas in team meetings to improve processes and client satisfaction.

    + Spot issues early and suggest solutions that make a difference.

    + Stay sharp by participating in training and keeping up with best practices.

    + High school graduate or equivalent required.

    + Medical terminology and/or previous medical record experience required.

    + Competent in MS Office and strong PC skills.

    + Ability to demonstrate organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.

    + Maintain designated production and quality standards required.
