Job Description

We're in search of a **Senior RCDD Designer** , someone who can blend expertise and creativity to elevate our projects. In this role, you'll navigate complex designs using CAD/BIM software, spearhead the design for data centers and building systems, and oversee smaller projects to ensure our hallmark of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Master CAD/BIM software to create detailed engineering designs, focusing on efficient data center/building cable routing, equipment layouts, and communication systems.

+ Serve as the design authority on projects, driving high-quality outcomes and pioneering solutions.

+ Lead smaller projects with meticulous attention to detail, overseeing each phase from inception to completion.

+ Represent Olsson's dedication to excellence and partnership in client meetings.

+ Be ready to visit job sites as required, adapting to diverse conditions to guarantee project success.

+ Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

+ Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting and Design preferred.

+ 6+ years of CAD/BIM experience; proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.

+ RCDD Licensure.

+ Demonstrated ability to design and layout complex engineering drawings, with a preference for experience in BIM 360, Navisworks, and Revit.
