Paygrade: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 | Onsite Durant, OK | Monday-Friday| 8:00 AM-5:00 PM | Labor Day Holiday and Some Weekend Events
**Job Purpose or Objective(s):** The Account Manager is responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration to fulfill client expectations. They maintain workflow into and out of the department, creating agreed upon timelines, knowing project status at all times, and ensuring timely delivery of all collateral and assets. You will report directly to the Account Director.
Primary Tasks:
1. Support Relationship/Marketing Managers in the execution and implementation of strategic plans, offering insight to the multiple goals and priorities in the context of a bigger picture.
2. You are responsible for establishing trust, understanding client needs, and maintaining positive interactions to foster strategic partnerships, ultimately contributing to client/operational success.
3. Lead cross-functional sync meetings which may include strategy development support as well as setting up workflow and tasks for current and future projects.
4. Serve as a key resource to strategists and internal teams by clarifying and documenting project requirements, and ensuring projects are effectively managed and delivered in line with expectations.
5. You will serve as a point of contact to address project issues and proactively resolve them before they escalate. Identify and remove potential and existing roadblocks that may hamper the team, allowing project team members to maximize productivity, creative visibility and troubleshoot emerging issues
6. Monitor and report on weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews for project leaders to show progress, milestones, and departmental successes and challenges.
7. Foster a positive and inclusive work culture by motivating associates, promoting teamwork, and maintaining high levels of engagement and communication.
8. You will analyze operational/client data and maintain an understanding of consumer/audience behavior to provide guidance on projects.
9. Other work duties as assigned.
Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of project stakeholders and clients
+ Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve client complaints or needs
+ Knowledge of marketing strategy development
+ Expert-level knowledge of project and change management and associated methodologies, techniques, processes and approaches
+ Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
+ Proactive and solution-oriented when managing issues
+ Three (3) years of admin-level experience working with project and content management tools for cross functional project management, preferably in WorkFront
+ Five (5) years project management experience in an advertising/marketing agency or on in-house marketing team
