    **Title:** Construction Laborer

    **Location:** Project sites across NYC, Northern New Jersey, and Southern Connecticut

    **Reports to:** Site Superintendents

    Position Overview:

    AMA Design Build is seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to support daily operations on high-end residential and commercial construction projects. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining clean, safe, and organized job sites, as well as protecting newly installed finishes and existing structures.

    Role Responsibilities:

    + Perform daily site maintenance, including sweeping, trash removal, and debris disposal into designated dumpsters

    + Install temporary protective coverings on floors, walls, and other finished surfaces to prevent damage during construction

    + Assist with general labor tasks needed to support site supervisors and tradespeople

    + Adhere to all safety protocols and company procedures

    + Travel to job sites throughout NYC, Northern NJ, and Southern CT as required

    **Education:** High School Diploma

    Qualifications:

    + Prior experience on construction sites preferred, but not required

    + Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks

    + Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude

    + Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various job sites
