    Job Summary

    Assists in the administration of People & Culture (P&C) processes such as onboarding, benefits, payroll, and team member data management. Supports P&C professionals in implementing policies and maintaining compliance. Provides general administrative support for P&C functions and team member inquiries.

    Key Responsibilities

    + Documents team member information and updates records in People & Culture (P&C) systems, following data privacy regulations and company guidelines.

    + Supports day-to-day P&C operations, to ensure alignment with business unit goals and organizational standards.

    + Ensures timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks related to team member records, benefits, and onboarding processes.

    + Organizes and maintains personnel files and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

    + Prepares reports and presentations for P&C initiatives, using data collected from various sources within the business unit.

    + Contacts team members and managers to gather information and provide updates on P&C-related tasks.

    + Follows established procedures for handling team member inquiries, escalating complex issues to leadership as needed.

    + Gathers feedback from team members regarding P&C programs and identifies opportunities for process improvement.

    + Exercises discretion in handling sensitive information, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

    + Partners, plans, and administers team member engagement to foster inclusive workplace culture.

    + Performs other duties as assigned

    Required Education & Experience

     

    Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma

     

    Years of Experience: 2-4 years
