    Job Description

    Insight Global is sourcing for a Full Stack Engineer to join a global consulting firm assisting in the GenAI portfolio. This is an individual contributor role, seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Engineer to join our global team and support the development of custom-built GenAI solutions, including automation platforms like Proposal Excellence and other innovative products within our GenAI portfolio. This is a fast-paced, experimental environment where agility, creativity, and technical excellence are key. This position will be fully remote in India working roughly 10:00-6:00 PM IST.

     

    Pay-rate: $15-20/hour USD. Exact pay rate will depend on experience and other factors.

    Skills and Requirements

     

    -At least 5 years of experience in full stack development (frontend + backend).

     

    -Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and frameworks like React and Node.js.

     

    -Hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM technologies (OpenAI API, LangChain, etc.).

     

    -Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

     

    -Hands on experience building out web applications and assisting in tool adoption

     

    -Working knowledge with Kubernetes

     

    -Strong grasp of API design, data integration, and microservices architecture.

     

    -Comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating with global teams.

     

    -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental setting with minimal supervision.
